Our Story

Y’ALL JERKY CHIPS were born on the rugged job sites of Texas—where sweat, grit, and long days demanded more than just a basic snack. Tired of the same old chewy jerky and greasy cold cuts, we knew there had to be something better.

Uncle Mike got to work mixing up something different: crispy, thin-cut beef jerky packed with bold, in-your-face flavor and a crunch that slaps.

What started as a homemade batch for the crew turned into a movement. From toolboxes to tailgates, school lunches to late-night munchies—word got out, and these jerky chips started flying.

Crafted in small batches with real Texas beef and real-deal seasonings, each flavor is hand-mixed by Unc himself. (Okay, sometimes he lets the bull help.)
